Technical Problems
We have established a replay system when circumstances interfere with our normal cablecast schedule. We will notify you of the replay schedule by the TV Message Board that follows each class period and on our Replay Notices here on our web site. We are not able to replay programs for students who have had scheduling or technical problems.

If you are experiencing problems with your CDs, please contact our help desk at (417) 836-6111 or Toll-Free (888) 767-8444

Alternate Testing Dates
Alternate testing times are available for most test dates in most telecourses. See your course packet for more information. A photo ID is required at alternate testing dates. Students must come with materials for test taking, such as pencils, texts, or blue books. Study materials are not allowed in the testing room. Unless otherwise noted, alternate testing will be held in Cheek 102 on Saturday's from 9-11 a.m.

Alternate (Proctored) testing is available in Joplin, Lebanon, Mtn. Grove, Nevada and West Plains. Contact the Telecourse coordinator at (417) 836-6714.

Videotape Rental/CD-ROM
Most telecourses are available for rent or may be purchased through the Missouri State University Baker Bookstore.

Lessons in Meyer Library
Telecourse lectures are available for viewing in the audiovisual area of the Missouri State University Meyer Library on a space available basis. We recommend using the tapes and CDs only as a backup to watching lessons through Springfield Cable. Please Note: Library tapes and CDs can only be viewed in the library and are not allowed to be CHECKED out.
