Proposal Guidelines and Faculty Proposal Forms
Guidelines for submitting proposals to the Extended Campus are linked below. The guidelines include information on submitting proposals, compensation, scheduling, among other things.
These forms are to be used by Missouri State University faculty and those per course
instructors who have made prior arrangements with their academic
departments.
If you are not currently employed as a faculty member at Missouri State University, please
contact the appropriate academic department head prior to submitting
this form. The Extended Campus does not hire faculty. All faculty hiring decisions are
made in the academic departments.
Please take note of submission deadlines that are listed in the
proposal guidelines and forms.
