Students Enrolled in Springfield Programs at the West Plains Campus
Zip cards, the Springfield campus identification cards, are not automatically issued to Springfield students studying at the West Plains campus. While these students may certainly obtain a Zip Card by visiting the Zip Card Office on the Springfield campus (Plaster Student Union 128), they may also call the Extended Campus’ Adult Student Services office (417-836-6926 or toll free
877-678-2005) and request a non-photo Zip Card. Academic Outreach will also have a “Zip Card Sign-Up Sheet” passed out to students in Missouri State University-Springfield classes the first week of each semester. Students must supply their legal name and social security number to be issued a Zip Card. The students’ non-photo Zip Card will be mailed directly to the students address. Students may then establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN) through the “My Information” page on the Missouri State University website: http://www.missouristate.edu/myinformation/ The PIN may then be used to access personalized University information online, including grades, class schedule, account balance, payroll information and much more.
