Complete Bachelor's in General Business at West Plains
Students who have completed an Associate of Arts degree with an emphasis in business can continue at Missouri State University-West Plains taking classes through interactive video to complete their Missouri State University-Springfield
baccalaureate degree with a general business major. Students taking 12 hours each semester and 6 hours in the summer, can complete the program in two and one-half years. Financial aid is
available to qualified students. Students completing this degree MUST contact David White, Division Chair for Business and Computer Science, West Plains campus at (417) 255-7297 and Deanna Smith, Outreach Coordinator at (417) 255-7931 and must be admitted as a degree seeking student on the Springfield campus.

Graduation can take place at the end of the semester in which the General Education Capstone course is taken, assuming all Missouri State University and COBA requirements have been met, including the completion of the following lower-division courses which can be taken as part of the A.A. curriculum at Missouri State University-West Plains: ACC 201, 211; CIS/CSC 101; COM 115; ECO 155, 165; ENG 110, 210; COBA Globalization Requirement Classes (6 hrs.); MGT 286; MTH 135 or higher; PSY 121; RIL 231 and QBA 237.
(No 100 or 200-level classes offered on the West Plains campus can be substituted for 300 to 500-level classes offered on the Springfield campus.)
After you have completed your AA degree with a business emphasis at West Plains, continue with Missouri State University and complete your BS degree and MBA degree in West Plains via BearNet.
