Credit Courses and
Programs
Academic Programs at Off-Campus Locations
Many complete degree programs are available through courses coordinated
through the Extended Campus --for example, through classes offered
at off-campus locations or through the Evening College. All of these
academic courses and degrees are actually sponsored by and "offered
by" the regular academic departments of the University, and
thus are an integral part of the University's overall academic program.
Instead of offering its own degree programs, Extended Campus
works with all the academic departments to serve as a facilitator
and coordinator. We help to plan, publicize, and make courses more
accessible, and we often can streamline the admission and registration
process in order to address the special needs of off-campus, evening,
adult and nontraditional students, as well as those enrolled in
workshops and special credit programs.
