Step 1: Apply to Missouri State University
If you ……
- 1) have never attended a college/university—complete an application, pay the application fee, and send your high school transcript with your Social Security number to Office of Admissions, Missouri State University, 901 S. National Avenue, Springfield, MO 65897.
- 2) have earned college credit elsewhere:
- LESS THAN 24 CREDIT HOURS—complete an application, pay the application fee, and send your college and high school transcripts with your Social Security number to Office of Admissions, Missouri State University, 901 S National Avenue, Springfield, MO 65897.
- 24 or MORE CREDIT HOURS—complete an application for transfer students online, pay the application fee, and send your college transcripts with your Social Security number to Office of Admissions, Missouri State University, 901 S National Avenue, Springfield, MO 65897.
- 3) have previously attended Missouri State University and left the university in good academic standing and
- have not attended any school since leaving Missouri State—complete an application (note that you are reapplying) OR complete a Course Enrollment Form and process through the College of Continuing Education Registration Services. No application fee is required.
- have attended another university and accumulated credits since leaving Missouri State—complete an application (note that you are reapplying) and have all transcripts with your Social Security number included sent to Office of Admissions, Missouri State University, 901 S National Avenue, Springfield, MO 65897. No application fee is required.
- 4) have previously attended Missouri State University and been suspended— complete an application for reinstatement. Contact Office of Admissions for details, 417-836-5517 or toll-free 800-492-7900
