Quick, easy and tasty dip for a party or just munching!

Chile Zip Dip
1 c sour cream
1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (12oz.) bottle chile sauce
1 ½ TBSP instant minced onion

Combine sour cream and cream cheese in bowl. Beat with mixer until smooth. Add chile sauce and onion; mix well. Makes 3 ½ cups.

 

This pasta salad will be great for a cool summer side dish!

Cold Pasta Salad
1 lb. pasta, cooked and drained (use tri-color pasta for a pretty salad)
½ c chopped celery
½ c chopped green pepper
Italian dressing
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Mix pasta, vegetables and dressing and chill overnight. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving. Makes 8 servings.

 

No mess! No fuss! This delicious main dish couldn’t be any simpler!

Marinated Pork Tenderloin
½ c soy sauce
¼ c sugar
2 TBSP ketchup
1 (2-3lbs) pork tenderloin

Mix soy sauce, sugar and ketchup. Pour over pork tenderloin. Marinate pork tenderloin overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hrs.
Makes 4-6 servings

 

For a neat twist to an ordinary cake!

Miracle Whip Chocolate Cake
1 c Miracle Whip®
3 eggs
1 box devils’ food cake mix
1 1/3 c water

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 13 x 9 in. cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
