Course Enrollment Form

New office location for Registration Services: Fourth Floor, room 403, of the Jim D. Morris Center for Continuing Education at 301 South Jefferson, Springfield, Missouri. The building is accessible by the shuttle.

The Spring 2010 Course Enrollment Form is available for use after registration sequence opens November 2, 2009.  The form can be printed out and faxed or mailed to the Registration Services Office. To print the form you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.

The Fall 2009 Course Enrollment Form is available for short credit workshop classes through November 24, 2009.

Fall 2009 Registrations – Payment after Registering

After your registration has been processed, use your MyMissouriState account to view your account balance.  Make your payment(s) directly to the Bursar Office. Registration Services no longer accepts payments for credit classes.
